CANCELLATION POLICY
Starting on August 2nd, 2021 All clients will adhere to the DEPOSIT, CANCELATION/RESCHEDULING, LATE and NO-SHOW
policies. DEPOSIT POLICY
In order to secure the client’s spot and attendance at Brazilian Glamours Salon, their CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD IS REQUIRED FOR BOOKING APPOINTMENTS and the client will be charged 45% of the TOTAL COST of confirmed service(s). There is a 45% deposit that will be issued back to the TOTAL AMOUNT and the client will only have to pay the remaining fee during check out. For example, if a service was $100, the deposit will be $45. During check out, the $45 deposit will be issued back to the total payment, leaving the customer to pay $55.
Note:
If the client calls the salon to schedule an appointment within 48 hours or on the same day of their confirmed scheduled service(s) then they only adhere to the LATE AND NO-SHOW POLICY. The client’s appointment is finalized and non-refundable.
The initial deposit is refundable if they schedule an appointment at least 48 hours ahead and/or cancel before the 48 hours of confirmed scheduled appointment(s) at Brazilian Glamours. If the client is booking online, they will not be able to schedule any appointment(s) the day of or with in a 48-hour time frame. We advise clients to call in to make the same day appointment(s) as well as the following day.
Any price for hair related services is subject to change, initial deposit will be agreed upon between the hair stylist and client. However, the final price of the service(s) may change depending on the true texture of their hair and time to complete the service
CANCELATION /RESCHEDULING POLICY
At Brazilian Glamours Salon, we require proper notice for CANCELATION/RESCHEDULING appointments in order to accommodate other clients wishing to be served. The client has 48 hours to cancel or reschedule. If the client fails to do so, they will forfeit the deposit of 45% of the TOTAL COST of confirmed service(s).
LATE POLICY
Brazilian Glamours Salon reserves the right to cancel appointment reservations if a client is 10 minutes late to their scheduled appointment(s) and failed to notify Brazilian Glamours. After 10 minutes the client is liable to the CANCELATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY fees; forfeit the deposit of 45% of the TOTAL COST of confirmed service(s).
NO-SHOW POLICY
If the client fails to show for their scheduled appointment, they will be liable to the CANCELATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY fees; forfeit the deposit of 45% of the TOTAL COST of confirmed service(s).
